Can Shared Human Values Keep Us All Connected?
For many, Hanukkah is considered a sweet holiday — nice while the kids are young— but nothing like Passover, Yom Kippur or (gulp) Christmas. But what if, in addition to dreidels and latkes, songs and presents, Hanukkah was an occasion to share a rich, evocative set of values — one foreach night? What if, as you lit the candles, you could create conversations that resonated for a lifetime? What if Hanukkah actually related to our fractious, modern life?
This event is free to attend and will be held in the Lower Courtyard near DIESEL, A Bookstore at the Mart.
